At Lord & Taylor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
