We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are non-returnable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lord & Taylor ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers in the near future.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. You may return the items for a refund once they arrive.
